The Auditorium - St. Augustine’s church is situated in a limited traffic area 50 metres from the car park called ‘Il Campo’, 100 metres from Piazza del Campo and from Piazza del Duomo and it can be reached by coach prior to authorization by the City Traffic Wardens. It can be reached by public transport (bus no. 3 coming from the train station).
Today, the church is used as an auditorium and a place for exhibitions by the main Sienese institutions. It is the ideal place for conventions, concerts, exhibition and events in general because there is a large permanent stage and a suitable illumination. Webs have been put in the central nave and in the two aisles in order to improve acoustics.
